Jeffrey Hughes

Jeff is the co-founder and principal of Taskforce HR, bringing a proven track record of more than 20 years of professional experience to the team. Prior to Taskforce HR, Jeff was a Senior Producer at The Keating Group, a property and casualty wholesale group where he became licensed in Life & Health and Property & Casualty. Before joining The Keating Group, Jeff was a Senior District Manager at Automatic Data Processing for 13 years. In addition to achieving President’s Club 9 times, Jeff served as one of the pioneers for ADP opening their Chicago office for their initial PEO division in 1999.

Jay Petrick

Jay is the co-founder and principal of Taskforce HR. For over 20 years Jay has been in a consultative role focusing on leveraging his expertise to provide an outsourced human resources solution to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States. Before co-founding Taskforce HR, Jay worked in executive level roles for both regional and national human resources outsourcing organizations focusing on the design, implementation, delivery and management of consulting services.
